RISE Services fills void left by Mile Markers closure

BULLHEAD CITY — RISE Services, Inc., inaugurated in February, its new Opportunity Center at 3090 Highway 95 in Bullhead City, effectively stepping in to fill the void left by the abrupt closure of Milemarkers in November 2024, according to a report by Mohave Valley Daily News.
